Warranty

Strobel Guitars warrants solely to the original purchaser of a Strobel travel guitar that the instrument shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety days from the purchase date.

This limited warranty does not apply to:
1. normal wear and tear (frets, strings, finish, etc.)
2. modifications made by the customer
3. damages due to misuse, negligence, accident or improper operation
4. defects caused by accidents or exposure to extremes of temperature or humidity
5. shipping damages of any kind

If you have a warranty issue with your Strobel travel guitar, please send an email to [email protected] for customer service. Once authorized, please send the guitar to Strobel Guitars in the original gig bag and shipping carton. Return shipping, packaging and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Strobel Guitars will return the repaired or replaced instrument at their expense. Purchaser must include documentation confirming their original purchase. We will repair or replace the guitar at our expense under the terms of this warranty and return it to you.

Strobel Guitars makes no other express warranty of any kind. Strobel Guitars shall not be liable for any special, indirect consequential, incidental or similar damage suffered by the purchaser or any third party, including without limitation, damages for loss or profits or business or damages to persons or property resulting from the use or performance of the instrument.
